Expectations

Appointment Time

Please arrive ten minutes before your session time. First-time clients are required to fill out new patient paperwork which will be emailed to you after scheduling. Soul Purpose's goal is to be 100% paperless.

Late arrivals and cancellations

Your appointment time is specifically reserved for you, your session time may be shortened to accommodate other sessions following yours. Regardless of the length of massage time given, you will be responsible for the full payment of the appointment scheduled.

50% of the service price will be charged if you are a no show or do not cancel within 24 hours.

If you are using an appointment from your prepaid massage therapy package and do not cancel within 24 hours or no show you will forfeit that pre-paid appointment.

Beginning the session

A health history form is to be completed by all-first time clients. Health intake forms are to be refilled at the beginning of every year. If any new health conditions occur please let me know. As always, feel free to ask any questions or concerns you may have.

Before the session takes place consult your therapist about your expectations and concerns. At any time during your session, if there is a change or accommodation you need to be made don't hesitate to let me know.

Disrobing

What you choose to wear or not wear is up to your discretion. As a professional, my goal is to give you dignity and respect. After disrobing you will cover yourself with the sheet and blanket, and only the body part that is being worked on will be uncovered. I recommend leaving your valuables, such as jewelry, at home.

After the session

Drinking water is key; aiding in detoxification preventing excess soreness and rehydrating. Remember massage therapists are facilitators in your care. You are the ultimate key to your health and healing by following through and following up with any aftercare i.e. stretching, exercise.

Sick Policy

Please be respectful and do not come in if you are contagious or in self-isolation. I reserve the right to not treat you if I believe you are not well to receive care.

Payment and Gratuity

Cash, check, or credit card will be accepted.

Gratuity is a gift and much appreciated, however not expected.
